Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

JDRF is the leading global organization focused on type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Driven by passionate, grassroots volunteers connected to children, adolescents, and adults with this disease, JDRF is now the largest charitable supporter of T1D research. The goal of JDRF research is to improve the lives of all people affected by T1D by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating, and preventing T1D. JDRF collaborates with a wide spectrum of partners who share this goal.

Faison School for Autism

The Faison School for Autism is a nonprofit autism center dedicated to providing resources for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and their families. The Faison School represents a unique private/public partnership collaboration between a nonprofit school and major university research partners: the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins University, and the Teachers College at Columbia University.

The Denny Hamlin Foundation

The Denny Hamlin Foundation is committed to raising awareness and funds for the specific needs of children with cystic fibrosis. As such, we partner with organizations that focus on cystic fibrosis research, treatment advances, and overall quality of life care. The Foundation will also support children with other chronic diseases.

Central Virginia's Food Bank

FeedMore is the core hunger-relief organization for Central Virginia made up of the Central Virginia Food Bank, Meals on Wheels Serving Central Virginia and the Community Kitchen. Working together to efficiently and effectively fight hunger to enhance lives in our community. The FeedMore programs provide hunger relief to our region’s most vulnerable populations, particularly children, families and seniors to fight hunger and enhance lives in our community.

The VCU Massey Cancer Center serves Virginia and the nation as a comprehensive center of excellence in cancer research, prevention and control, patient care, and education. The guiding principles are to make important discoveries about cancer, and to translate those discoveries rapidly into better prevention, detection, treatment, and control of cancer to enhance the quality of life of all individuals affected by cancer.
